Newt Bailey has provided consulting services as a facilitator, mediator, and coach/trainer since 2007, working in corporations, not-for-profit organizations, schools, and community groups, in addition to volunteering in San Quentin prison. He is best known for his sense of humor and relaxed style, which often results in initially skeptical stakeholders becoming engaged and invested in whatever process they’re taking part in. Newt is the founder and lead trainer of CommunicationDojo.com, through which he creates and leads public communication trainings. Newt has a varied background including a Physics degree from Oxford University, a career as a high school math teacher, and another one as a software engineer and leader of a technical team. He has acted on stage and screen and is currently creating a video-based online communication course.
