Uma Lo loves learning and sharing practices that serve life, restore connections, and embrace authenticity and wholeness. She has been facilitating collaborative decision-making processes for 20 years and has practiced Nonviolent Communication (NVC) intensively and worked with Miki Kashtan since 2012. She contributed to the development of the Leveraging Your Influence Using NVC program and has been part of NVC training teams in the US and Europe. She offers facilitation, coaching and consulting in New York City, and beyond, and has special interest in transforming organizational culture, supporting multi-stakeholder decision-making with Convergent Facilitation, and supporting productive dialogues around structural power/privilege. Uma has a passion for whole-systems thinking and permaculture design and enjoys riding and repairing bicycles.
